First, I Get To Know Your Wedding.

Before your wedding day, we will have a detailed handover so I understand exactly what you have planned and how you want your day to run.

I will go through:

• Existing timings
• Ceremony and reception plans
• Key moments and special requirements
• Set-up and logistical requirements

I will then turn all of that information into a clear plan for your wedding day.

So when I arrive, I know exactly what needs to happen and so do your suppliers.

I will create a detailed wedding-day timeline bringing together all of the important timings and supplier requirements.

This can include:

• Supplier arrival and setup
• Bridal preparations
• Guest arrival
• Ceremony

• Evening entertainment

On your wedding day, I become the main point of contact for your venue and suppliers.

I will:

• Confirm supplier arrival arrangements
• Liaise with your venue and suppliers
• Coordinate setup
• Make sure everyone has the information they need
• Manage timings and key moments
• Liaise with catering and entertainment teams
• Deal with questions and changes as they arise

I will oversee the agreed setup and check that your carefully chosen details are delivered as planned, including;

This is coordination and oversight rather than extensive venue dressing or DIY installation.

When The Day Begins, I Have It From Here!

I will manage the flow of your wedding from ceremony through to reception and evening celebrations.

I will keep an eye on timings, coordinate the key moments and make sure your suppliers know what is happening and when.

And if something doesn't go according to plan?

I will deal with it calmly and discreetly.
