A pre-wedding consultation to discuss your plans in detail.
Creation of a bespoke wedding day timeline.
Liaising with your venue and suppliers before the wedding.
Confirmation of supplier arrival times.
Up to 10 hours of professional on-the-day coordination.
Attendance from approximately 2 hours before your ceremony.
Welcoming and directing suppliers on arrival.
Overseeing venue styling and décor setup (where required).
Ensuring your ceremony and reception run to schedule.
Acting as the main point of contact for your venue, suppliers and guests.
Handling any unexpected issues discreetly and professionally.
