On-the-Day Coordination

  • Overseeing venue setup, deliveries, and styling (tables, décor, favours, etc.)

  • Managing the ceremony including coordinating the wedding party and suppliers

  • Greeting guests and acting as the main point of contact

  • Ensuring the day runs smoothly and on time

Additional Support

  • Managing room turnarounds if needed

  • Remain until after the first dance (option to extend to full-day coverage for an additional £250)
